Terms of Service

By accessing the Platforms, creating an account, requesting an estimate, accepting a quote or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from this page. If you are using the Platforms for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

We provide website and app development, custom software and SaaS, UI/UX design, branding, SEO, social media and performance marketing services (the “Services”).

• Instant estimates shown on the Platforms are indicative only and are not an offer. A project is confirmed only when you accept a fixed quote issued by us in your account (or a signed proposal/statement of work).
• Each quote defines scope, deliverables, price, timeline and payment milestones. Work outside that scope is a change request and may be quoted separately.
• Timelines depend on timely inputs, content, approvals and access from you. Delays on your side extend the timeline accordingly.
• We use AI-assisted tools in our workflow; all deliverables are reviewed by our team before delivery.
• Marketing services are performance-oriented but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, which depend on factors outside our control. Advertising spend is payable separately to the ad platforms.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Projects are billed by milestones (typically an advance to start, then on design approval and on launch). Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless the quote says otherwise.
• We may pause work or withhold handover of source code and credentials while invoices are overdue.

• On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you — source code, designs and content — and we assign the related intellectual property to you.
• We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, templates and know-how, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
• Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
• Unless you ask us not to, we may display the project (name, screenshots, live preview and a general description) in our portfolio, without disclosing confidential information.
• All content, branding and software of the Platforms, including Code Trays and PravaasiGo, belong to Codetrays IT Pvt Ltd and may not be copied without permission.

• Ensure that content, logos, images and data you provide do not infringe anyone’s rights and are lawful.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals; acceptance is deemed if no feedback is received within 7 days of a delivered milestone.
• Maintain your own domain, hosting and third-party accounts unless they are included in the quote.

Each party will keep the other’s confidential information secret and use it only for the engagement. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.

PravaasiGo (pravaasigo.com) is a travel brand owned and operated by Codetrays IT Private Limited. When you book flights, hotels, tours, transfers or activities, PravaasiGo acts as an intermediary/agent between you and the travel supplier.

• Each booking is also subject to the supplier’s own terms, fare rules, baggage rules and cancellation policies, which are shown or shared before payment.
• Prices and availability are dynamic and are confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a ticket/voucher.
• You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, health requirements and travel insurance, and for reaching the departure point on time.
• Names must match government-issued ID exactly; name changes may not be possible or may attract supplier charges.
• Suppliers are responsible for the services they provide. We will help you resolve issues, but are not liable for a supplier’s acts, omissions, delays, overbooking or schedule changes.
• Package itineraries may change due to weather, local conditions, government directions or safety reasons; reasonable alternatives will be offered.

• Store templates are sold either as source code (a licence to use and modify the code for your own business or one client) or with deployment, where we set the template up on your domain with your content and branding.
• Source code may not be resold or redistributed as a template or theme.
• Deployment covers set-up, branding and content you provide; additional pages, features or integrations are quoted separately.
• Domain, hosting and third-party service charges are payable by you unless stated otherwise.

• Partners are independent contractors engaged per task; nothing in the program creates employment, partnership or agency.
• Rewards are fixed per task and paid only after the work is approved, to the partner’s verified bank account or UPI ID. TDS is deducted where applicable under the Income-tax Act, 1961.
• On payment, all rights in the work delivered for a task are assigned to the Company or its client. Partners must only submit original work or material they are licensed to use.
• Partners must keep all project information confidential and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend partners for fraud, plagiarism, misuse of access or repeated poor quality.

The Platforms may link to or embed third-party websites, payment pages, maps or messaging services (e.g. WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

We fix defects in delivered software reported within 30 days of launch at no extra cost (the “warranty period”), provided the code has not been modified by others. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and enhancements are available under separate plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platforms and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project or booking will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that specific project milestone or booking (excluding amounts passed to suppliers or ad platforms).

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content or data you provide, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Platforms or deliverables.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days’ written notice. You will pay for work completed up to termination, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may immediately suspend access for illegal use, fraud, non-payment or security risks.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government action, internet or power outages, or failures of third-party providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days through our Grievance Redressal process. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platforms after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Accepted quotes continue to be governed by the Terms in force when they were accepted.
